Guidelines

We love that you want to join us for our fabulously fun networking events, and we require an advanced reservation. Reservations for our in-person events may be made up to 3 days prior to the event by clicking here. Reservations to attend virtually may be made up to 3-hours prior to the event by clicking here.

Event details and RSVP links are posted on the website at WestValleyWomenNetworking.com.

Attendees are encouraged to connect with others during the reception portion of the meeting. Networking opportunities continue during the formal breakfast or luncheon.

Business cards are exchanged on an individual basis. We appreciate the privacy of our guests and adhere to the “permission marketing” philosophy. Distribution of collateral material of any type is inappropriate for the social setting. Sponsors may provide materials.

Membership application forms are available on the website. Non-members are welcome to attend two meetings prior to making a decision on becoming a member.

A non-commercial, social atmosphere encourages stimulating conversation and the informal, candid exchange of ideas. This environment is fostered by the variety of interests and involvement of the women attending.

Sponsors are given the opportunity to address this discerning audience and to provide information.
